Wow, toughest decision of the competition so far. Always a sucker for a kit with yellow in it, although I'm not sure about the stripe. But the 68-69 one is very smart retro looking.

The Firlholm was my first ever shirt. Once I saw Dave Crown and Martin Ling I was hooked.

I reckon this is probably the toughest heat. The Laing kit was what we were wearing when I first supported Southend, but that navy one is mighty smart.

The Navy one is the one I referred to in my post on the heat involving the 69/70 striped kit.

The Football league didn't like it but I think its a cracker, also I am not a great fan of yellow

68-69 for me, but those mid-80s ones ones have good memories - in particular, Richard Cadette and also the first replica shirt I bought from the old club shop near Priory Park...
(cue 'Hovis' ad music...)

The Firholm version of the 80's kit was the first one I watched Southend play in (the next kit was first one I bought (or was bought), and therefore holds happy memories....however that 60's one is pretty smart and probably looks a bit more of a serious kit...that will be the one for me.
