West Wing for me. Just finished the boxset last week as it goes and disappointed there isn't more to come. Well written and superbly acted in my opinion.

'Lost' was groundbreaking television, whatever you think of the ending, no show in the history of the universe had people talking like the first season of 'Lost'. WW is by the numbers leftie drivel.
 
Never saw the West Wing, did see some of the early ones of Lost so purely on that basis, that's the way I'll be voting.
 
If you've never seen The West Wing then you've missed out on one of the finest political dramas ever shown on TV. Yes it might be a little lefty (but it portrays the republicans pretty well IMO), but there's plenty of (neo) conservative TV on your screens to enjoy as well. I watched them all again last year and it's aged pretty well and many of the plots are still very relevant.
