Roots Hall Roar

Youth Team⭐
Big up to all the Blues fans last night, the atmosphere in the last 20mins was spine tingling. What a night, congrats to Tilly for 3 inspired substitutions. Most worthwhile sore throat ever!

It has indeed been a long long time since I've experienced the kind of atmosphere as i did in the last 20 minutes or so of last nights game.

From the SU I swear I actually saw the whole of the west actually roaring and clapping in unison.....absolutely unheard of:D

My throat is killing me, other than Bristol C last season best atmosphere in a long time I feel.

Yep, was good for last 20 mins, shame about the first 70 though....

Too right - that's why I still feel Friday night games are the way forward at the Hall...

Agreed, atmosphere was shocking for most of it, but excellent towards the end.

My voice was very croaky by the 60th minute. I was standing up at the back of South Upper for the last half an hour and the atmosphere was great.

Best atmosphere for ages at the hall - my wife commented that my voice was an octave lower this morning, and my throat is still a bit sore! Worth it though!

We need to create that sort of atmosphere experienced in the last 20 minutes, for the entire 90 minutes in future games...

Starting against the bum bandits next Tuesday, they will bring a decent following and are always pretty loud.

That will never happen.. Unless its a cup game against Chelsea or something , when you are 3-1 down and everything the players try is going wrong you wont get that atmosphere.. No club will.. ..
Get a goal back and give the crowd something to shout about and there you go, we are as good as anyone else in this league.. the atmosphere was excellent and 'as in the norm' totally in line with how the game was going..
