The PL League Boss⭐⭐🦐
Some may rememebr the "Home International Tournement" when England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales competed against each other during the season on a League basis to decide who was the top nation. The Roots Hall "Home" Competion is planned on similar lines.
We have the East Stand, North Bank, South Stands and West Stand competing for bragging rights at the Hall. The scores from 3 predictors from each stand will be combined on set dates as below. The three highest sorers from each stand prior to the matches will be in effect "capped" by their stands.
The general plan using the dates from the earlier thread are:
Week 4 - 17 August - The top three scorers from weeks 1-4) will be selected.
Week 5 - 24 August - North Bank v East Stand, South Stands v West Stand
Week 8 - 2 September - The top three scorers from weeks 1-8) will be selected.
Week 9 - 7 September - East Stand v South Stands, West Stand v North Bank
Week 13 - 28 September - The top three scorers from weeks 1-13) will be selected.
Week 14 - 5 October - North Bank v South Stands, East Stand v West Stand
So there we are, this is the Plan for the coming season, I can only repeat as a Predictor all you have to do is predict the six scores plus wildcard plus Southend s goalscorers and the scores from this will be used for the PL, thePL Cup, the SUFCPL and the RH "Home" championship as applicable.
The Prediction League is only harmless fun, not to be taken too seriously but hopefully the changes will help to keep the interest going and hopefuilly encourage a few of those guests to have a go!.
