Roll-call for Carlisle tonight

Who is taking up Ron's offer of a night out in Carlisle tonight?

I'm driving down after work to represent the Scottish Shrimpers contingent of Exiles!

Part-timer :p

Hopefully we'll have an Exiles TBV flag by Carlisle away in April, which reminds me I need to write that email :minger:

Carlisle is one of the nearer grounds to me but I'm not going tonight as I'd already arranged to go for a curry with some friends before I knew the date of this one. Yeah, I know, another part-timer:D
Have you decided on a design for the Exiles Flag? I've got an idea for one myself, if you're still mulling over the options.

Not really other than the standard St Georges Cross in colours idea.
My latest idea was to leave one quarter blank & get all contributors to autograph the flag (in waterproof fabric-pen obviously) so a little piece of us is at each game even though we're not!

What's your idea?

Enjoy your curry, think of me freezing my nuts off at Brunton Park as you tuck into the poppadoms won't you! :p

Not sure we all wish to think of your freezing nuts if its all the same to you.

Well done for making the effort to attend tho...

Maybe there are certain members of this board who would like to think about them...... :p

It had better be worth it, Mrs Glasgow was rather frosty today as she remembered it was tonight I was off!

I am assuming you are hoping those people doing the thinking are of the "female lady" variety.

Decent game when I saw the last one at Roots Hall. Hopefully it will be as good and obviously a similar outcome would be excellent.

I've attempted to attach it but I'm a bit of a technophobe so it may not work but its a variation on Maldon Blues flag ie 3 horizontal stripes. Top stripe blue with SOUTHEND UNITED in white letters. Middle stripe white with ESSEX AND PROUD in red letters. Bottom stripe blue with SHRIMPER EXILES in white letters.
Thinking of 8x4 and as a banner rather than a waver

Yep, not bad. Think we maybe need to incorporate The Blue Voice on it somewhere. But I love the ESSEX AND PROUD sentiment. I think I'll create say 4 templates and get those interested to vote!
