Robson-Kanu on Blues World

Doesn't sound too convincing looks like he wants to go back to Reading and fight for his place. So maybe not one to get on a permenant. Depends what Reading say to him when he gets back I suppose.

It's good he wants to fight for his place. I'd want to see that in a player. Let's just hope he realises he hasn't got a place at Reading and joins us permanently.

if he gets the chance to play up front he'll be a good player. he's not a left winger

Also on Tillys interview he says he has 2 or 3 names lined up to replace him. HRK has done well but he does flit in and out of games and if we could get someone a bit more in the Gower mould who can put better balls into the box, and score a few goals, then I dont think he would be a big loss.

I think he won't be in Reading's future plans but Federici will defo be. Hopefully HRK will realise this

Agreed ,overated,next loanee please.

I'm glad that I'm not on my own in thinking that Robson-Kanu is somewhat over hyped. I can't see why Reading would push him into their first team anytime soon.

I wouldn't be stunned if he went out on loan until January elsewhere. Then possibly he'd come back here. All guesswork on that though.

Yea, he's a bit delusional to think he can get anywhere near Readings team. He isnt going to get in infront of Steve Hunt on the left, or anywhere near their front line.

He hasnt exactly set League 1 alight, so I'd be surprised if Reading didnt wanna loan him out again.

He's a good player, I can see that. He's not a winger though, and although I think it's his best position future wise, he's not quite got to grips with it yet. Good player though, delighted he's here currently.

He obviously has the potential to be a good player but his in consistency lets him down. Can't wait to find out who the next loanee is. I'd have a guess he'd be from London.

It's a pity Arsenal are still in the Carling Cup actually. A few of their youngsters would be very useful players for us, in particular the likes of Jack Wilshere. Saying that, I think many of these kinds of players are beginning to figure in the first team plans or if they are going out on loan, would probably go to the Championship. I think anyone we do get in from a London club (particularly Premiership clubs) is quite likely to be someone we've never heard of. I can't say I'd heard of Lee Sawyer before he showed up and look at what a gem he's turned out to be! The same could be said of Christophe of course.

Let's see what Tilly's got in mind!

I think we should absolutely forget about any of that Arsenal team. FFS they tore Sheff United and Wigan apart. Wenger isn't going to want them playing in League 1. They'll be at another Premiership side (like Wigan or Fulham) or in the Championship.
