Ring of Fire - Michael Kightly

From BBC Sport:

"You've three choices as a Wolves fan. To the tune of Ring of Fire you can sing along using just one word: Duh. You can sing Wolverhampton Wander-ersssss, or you can vote for option three, which, despite the best efforts of a tiny group of South Bank choir members, has still to fully catch on: Michael Kightly and McIndoe-oooooo, Stephen Ward Andy Keogh-oooooo."

Good ol' Kights, one of the... 62 I believe, players I've brought in on FM07.

Still think we missed a trick on him.

Well a la Wolves here goes , (using a few of our lesser sung heroes )

Kevin Maher and Marky G . . . .

Richie Foran and Lee Bradbury ....

It certainly is a little grating to see Kights do it for another club, particularly when he wasn't given a prolonged run in the lower leagues with us, although I accept he never looked quite this good!
I would think this is how some West Ham feel when looking at Freddy?

to be fair to mike, he has filled out since being with us and become a man if u like... he is so much stronger now and looks twice the player he was with us. we did definitely miss a trick.. but these things happen...

i wonder if he has recommended freddy to his boss Mick McCarthy and told him to go all out and get him... I wonder... after all, i am starting to doubt that a prem club will come in for Freddy.
