A shame because the club have gone all out with two screens in operation, three bars and three food kiosks open, and a Leonard & Timlin Q&A before kickoff - they clearly see the potential to make an occasion of it and generate a good bit of extra revenue. I guess it's a school night, it's lost its novelty a little since Gateshead, and it's the day before the testimonial. There's only so many times in one week you can have your bum on one of those wooden seats.

As said bit of a shame. I guess people may have already joined up for DAZN offer of all the play off games £9, and then asking people to get down to Roots Hall, sit on a plastic seat in the evening with people walking in front of you possibly when you could watch in the comfort of your front room.

You always require stewards for anything like this. A shame there weren't as many as for the Gateshead game, but an evening game is generally going to get less support under normal circumstances.
