Question Revell still a Southend Player?

The Chairboys had originally swooped for 26-year-old Revell last week after his contract with Southend was cancelled, but a problem with the paperwork has seen the deal change.

He will now officially stay as a Shrimpers player because he is not permitted to represent three clubs in one season.

Interesting.

Looks like he will have a busy couple of months ahead of him thinking up more stuff to cook. Cause lets face it he won't be playing any football here.

We have had to re-sign him til the end of the season just so Wycombe can get around the rule. The FA and FL were sympathetic but unfortunately, they are bound by FIFA laws.

He'll therefore join Wycombe on loan from us at the end of the month (conveniently AFTER we have played them) and stay there til the end of the season, when he will presumably join them on a free.
