This is excellent news for Southend United and for Nile. It gives us a real chance of pushing for promotion, provided that he and Cox stay fit. If we don't get promoted I reckon a bigger club will buy him next summer.

Ryan Leonard got a 3.5 year deal which an option in the clubs favour. The 3.5 years expires this summer. Needs another long contract please Ronald. McLaughlin got 3 years too i recall.

Did you know the real Lone Ranger was actually black. But of course back in those days Hollywood had to have a white man as their hero. I think the black 'swingers' mask was some sort of compromise.
