Amongst all the doom and gloom, I think we've missed the fact that this season we've equalled a club record.

Your starter for ten: what club record has been equalled this season?

Nine games without a league win? I'm sure this happened during the 97/98 season when good old Fat Nev was in goal.

Or shipping three goals in four consecutive home games?

Transfer fee's paid in a season?

Most moaning threads in one hour on an independent messageboard?

Attendance at Rots Hole since it became all-seater?

This is the first time we've reached the 3rd round of both cups in the same season... but that would be breaking a record rather than equalling it.

Is it only the second time that we've lost three home games in a row and the attendances have increased for each one?!

Carl Hutchings and Russell Williamson would hold that record. Whilst Carl Hutchings was 6' 2", Russell Williamson was only 14cm tall.

That was indeed the record I was thinking of.

Lets hope by Tuesday night Tilly holds the record of having gone furthest in the league cup outright.
