Where do the Punch Holes belong on a doc

Okay, so ill admit this is probably a low point in my working career. I just had an arguement with a colleague as to the correct way to file and hole punch a document. Assuming we have the doc printed in a landscape format, I think the document should have the Holes punched along the top, he thinks they should be punched along the bottom.

I was challenged to prove him right or wrong so here i am.....

Agreed.... but now ive been challenged to prove myself right ive had to put my pride to one side and become a bore. It wont happen again.

you are correct and your colleague is obviously a f*ckwit. Hole punch both his top and bottom lips as a permanent reminder of the correct way of doing things....

All documents are image scanned and pulled thru Word or PDF files at my company, so no need for holes punches, but you are correct in your assumption.
