Pub watch

fredheim_holm

Where art thou Tes 🦐
About to set off from the abode in East London to meet the old man and not sure where to head to pub wise just yet.

Thought a thread of photos from the pub and heads up on which pubs are already full may be useful, in case anyone’s already there and wants to share some intel.

See you boys soon.

A reminder on the options:

Fan Zone

Both teams have dedicated Fan Zones where supporters have the chance to join fellow fans to enjoy a drink – including alcohol – food and a DJ. They are an ideal place to soak up the pre-match party atmosphere.

The Southend Fan Zone is located on the East Concourse (East Village) area of the stadium and will be accessible from 10:00. Alcohol will be served from 11:00 until one hour before kick-off at 14:00, before the Fan Zone closes at 14:30.

Supporters will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter the fan zones. Capacity is limited and the stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies.

Designated pubs

The Blue Check – 12-13 Empire Way, Wembley, HA9 0RQ

Wembley Tavern – 121 Wembley Park Dr, Wembley Park, HA9 8HG

Stadium Sports Bar – 125 Wembley Park Dr, Wembley Park, HA9 8HQ

The Torch – 1-5 Bridge Rd, Wembley Park, HA9 9AB

Crock of Gold – 23 Bridge Road, Wembley, HA9 9AB

Black Sheep – 2 Olympic Way, HA9 0GU

Feed The Yak – 51 Olympic Way, HA9 0EG

Box Park – 18 Olympic Way, HA9 0JT

Spoons in Baker St. filling up & noisy, an alarm set off, a couple of young lads thrown out; yeh, a normal Sunday morning in the smoke 🥳 😁

Hamilton hall Liverpool Street is rocking

Windermere

Fiver a pint right next to South Kenton tube. When a train goes past you know it’s 10 mins for next one. 2 stops north of Wembley on Bakerloo

Was tempted with a stop at Baker Street but tube was packed with fans at 11:15 so just stayed on to Wembley Central. Will be interesting getting home as we gave to go right through Oldham area to access the train.
