May i be as bold to say congratulations to both Swansea and Nottingham Forest. Swansea won the title fairly regardless of 15 points or whatever and have played some fantastic football this year. Its a shame for their real fans the trophy wasn't presented at home.
Also a huge well done to Nottingham Forest who have hopefully started their march back to somewhere better. They have also worried only about their own games instead of fretting over sueing the Football League and they have their reward, Chamionship football.

I just thought its needed saying. Whoever wins iin the play offs is the third team that deserves to go up. With us getting no points back there are no excuses from anyone.

I can appreciate good football, we saw it yesterday when the West Ham fans applauded Tevez's goal and the Man u fan's applauded Ashton's

That I am afraid is nonsense, we can't deal in ifs and buts, we finished 6th, therefore we are the 6th best team in this division. However because of the play offs we can become the 3rd best team.

This is an open forum that welcomes comments from supporters from other clubs, providing they are not abusive or witless. IMO toellandback made a good contribution in fighting Leeds' corner in the 15 points debate, and as such his contribution and views are welcome.

Yes we are the table never lies over 46 games. The good news is there isn't much in it between 3rd and 6th this season.

Its been very close this year. Congratulation to Swansea they deserve their promotion. Forest are up to, which is good. As has been said the table doesn't lie and 6th we are. As SUFC supporters to still be in with a chance of promotion, I think we are all happy.

It has been a good challange this year, one in which we have stood up to. Our management and playing staff should be congratulated. I for one am very happy to be in the playoffs.

With regards to our regular Leeds fan, you have done amazing this year to be where you are (especially from where you started) and well done for that. I have read the threads on your points claim and my opinion is that you accepeted it at the start and should (and now seem have) should accept it now.

The playoffs are a lottery and the teams involved should all be there. I feel we have a chance to make the final as do Leeds and (as was said on an earlier thread) we should not get too excited.

This league has been outstanding this year and is a credit to all those involved. Lets all be pleased that we are still in with a shout of going up.

Side note to toellandback - as a club I don't agree with all your actions but do understand why you made them. As fans, you are a credit. I just hope you have one more season here in L1, as obviously, I would do!!!!!!!
