Pro Evo 6

Just wondered who is intending on purchasing a copy?

My mate has somehow got hold of one a couple of days early and says it is very very good. The gameplay is again modified for realism and those little niggly bugs/errors in Pro Evo 5 have been eradicated.

Thoughts?

Been playing the FULL version for the last 2 weeks on Xbox 360 easy when you have a dvd writer, dvds, and the know how!

Heard so many stories that it is cack on 360 - lack of edit mode kills it for me and most people say it is identical to PES5 on XBOX...

I've had the Japanese version (WE10) on PS2 for months and it is a great game - but without proper teams/kits etc it will kill it for me.

Yea I have also played the Winning Eleven version, though only a couple of times. From the demo games, it does look superb. I have also heard it is not that great on Xbox 360 - not as good as it should be anyway.

There are 8 of us having a £20 in knock out game on Friday night...I am bloody good at defending normally but struggle when going forward......

Perhaps you could get the SUFC defenders round and show them how to defend properly Dave

SZFC just had a pro evo night in which Shrimpersarmy beat Blues-r-best in the final

Old timer like me managed to show the younguns how to play til the semi's but then was outdone by a 19yr old who dedicates his life to the game

Personally I see nothing wrong with a 2 footed lunge from behind, as long as you get the ball whats the problem?

I will get it sometime, and be playing it online on ps2, hopefully it will be a decent improvement.

i bought the game tonight - taking a bit of getting used to...as with all new things. one thing though, i can't seem to play online - each time I try and start a game with someone, it doesn't connect or says gfame no longer available?

It's out now. Went into Gloucester today and spotted it for 25 quid in HMV or Game or one of those sort of places.

Yeah I managed to get a copy from blockbusters. What a game it is

Everything about it is so realistic (the licences aside) well worth the money

Yeah got mine last night. Quality game. Passing is crisper, dribbling is easier, shooting is better, so far an improvement over number 5.

Has anyone created a Southend team yet? I got as far as creating the kit and Eastwood then got bored!
