Pre-match drinking.

I shall be commencing drinking proceedings in Southend High St from around 2 o/c before stumbling up Victoria Avenue via Bar Victoria, The Nelson & the Spread before a final pick me up(!) in the Groundsman's in the East Stand.
Usually go in the Spread Eagle but going for it today.

I myself will be down the gym upto an hour before the match, as part of my new fitness regime to help take SZFC places.

I shall be in the groundmans arms underneath the East Stand driving everyone mad with my stupid statistics and about how i get beaten up every week by my brother.

Its ok though because my mate Elmo Putney usually keeps me company down there because i think he does everyones head in as well so we are two peas in a pod as the barlady said the other day.

I dont know what i would do without you Elmo and by the way you left your star trek videos round last night so i will bring them over when i pop round later on.

PS: My mum has done you a flask of ribena and some cheese sarnies cut into squares just how you like them.
