Prawn Crackers

After going out with Mr Vange Shrimper last week, we had prawn crackers that were given to us whilst we were waiting for our starter in a Chinese restaurant in Saafend. So, the question is, do you like them, or do you push them to one side and wait for your starter?

I love prawn crackers and chinese but I had a very bad turn after eating a chinese last year (heart palpitations, temperture, sweats and an upset stomach) and was diagnosed as suffering from an intolerance to MSG (or chinese restaurant syndrome - see below)

They like their duck in China - pressed duck was quite prevalent in the local markets wherever I went!

Just like Indian cuisine, real Chinese food is nothing like the western version. There's a lot more bones in it for a start! :p
