Positive Season Ticket comments

At shop opening time prior to the Bristol City match Mrs Shrimpfan (newbie to this site) wished to get the season ticket for the seat next to me in the West Stand (sad) she filled in her form and handed it in on the Saturday AM and handed over her cheque. Yesterday evening at 7pm the manager of the ticket office telephoned Mrs Shrimpfan on her cell confirming that she has allocated the seat she wanted to her, so my guess is the first applications are now being processed. They take a lot of stick down at the ticket office but it seems they are working long hours trying to please Southend fans. Thank you Southend United ticket office for your dedication to your fans, existing and new.

Yeah, i went down there on Thursday morning and was served by a very helpfull women who showed me what seats had already been allocated as renewals and what i could choose from.

She then suggested i go down to the north east corner where the gate was open and i could wander round an empty Roots Hall and test out a few seats.

Hopefully i'll get the ones i've applied for

But yes they were doing a sterling job down there!!
