Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: masterful Concentration: miraculous
Bowling: worthless Consistency: competent

Quite tempted to take him one more but im guessing it would take over a season for a pop now considering his age!?!

Matt Zamora - 19 yo, BT Rating=24,142

Slow burner coming along nicely. He will stay on a stamina and batting net.

Elsewhere, Deane is on a batt/bowl/fielding net but he is going to need a stamina one too soon, but that limits his availability somewhat so might give it another season for that.

Waterhouse has just one batt net, but he needs a stamina net too boot.
Stamps has a batting net but quite happy to get him off that if i get a good YP.
Cavanagh currently on one stamina net.

In theory i have 4 spare nets, so a nice YP would be a touch!

Wages gone from £295,894 to £332,856. Not to bad, i guess.

Kev

23 is getting into 20+ week territory, I would leave him there.

A couple of stamina pops

Wages from 169 to 191K

3 and possibly 4 nets ready to switch for an allrounder trainee, even if I end up having to buy rather than pull.

Any all rounder TM tips appreciated. I've only got 2.7 in the bank so I'm not going to be able to compete right at the top end. I'm looking for thoughts on bargains that others may overlook. Could possibly consider an 18yo partially trained as the transfer fee shouldn't be as inflated

Bargain wise, keep an eye out for mediocre batting. Nobody pays much attention to it but there's a chance it will be high and you don't want the batting to be better than the bowling anyway. A single net for three or four seasons would generate a decent lower order bat and his secondary would fly up as you'd have a fielding net on.
