I got a couple of stamina pops.

My first XI's stamina is now

Respectable
Proficient

I'll look to give my opening bat and my spinner stamina nets here and there and try and gradually take them up another level (or maybe two), otherwise that is looking pretty good.

My bowlers are all superb other than Suthers who is strong. Richie is proficient which seems to be enough for batsmen, though will probably need one more level if we're to take FC seriously in the future. Lamo, Sandy and Macca (new YP) all need work as they're resp, comp and med respectively.

Yes, I only have first team 9 players :)

Sookie's pop in batting is a long time coming and still isn't here, which will prob rule him out on ever playing for the International side ... nevermind!

;)

11. Mark Rennie - 21 yo, BT Rating=125,867

An attacking player with superb leadership skills and feeble experience.
Stamina: strong Wicket Keeping: mediocre
Batting: remarkable Concentration: exquisite
Bowling: exceptional Consistency: quality
Fielding: remarkable

Rennieis really starting to come together now. His consistency is due in the next week or so, and will pop again before his bowling does. He will end the season as sensational/exceptional and finally his cons will catch up. The concentration is annoying though - that will pop to whatever the next horribly high level is at some stage.

Brian Blinkhorn - 21 yo, BT Rating=45,345
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime fitness.
A destructive player with strong leadership skills and mediocre experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: worthless Concentration: woeful
Bowling: wonderful Consistency: remarkable
Fielding: respectable

Currently on 1 bowl and 1 stamina - do I keep the bowling net going ? I have no particular need to switch this net, though I am looking for a batting trainee now.

I was hoping to get the below to proficient (about half way there) as a reserve and 3rd spinner for my dusty tracks but I think I'm better switching the net below when I get a decent batting trainee (hopefully YP).

Eddie Thelwell (1841025)

RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, worthless batting form, superb bowling form, sublime fitness.
A destructive player with proficient leadership skills and abysmal experience.
