Players, Managers, Mollycoddled? Do they need the Iron Fist?

Are we being too nice to our players and managers? Are we over pampering them? Maybe this is why we failed so miserably at the World Cup.
North Korea may have the answer as to how to deal with our England flops.

They punished, and publicly humiliated some of their players, and Coach Kim Johng-Hun was sentenced to hard labour after their World Cup exit.


What should we do with the England flops? All suggestions, funny, plain stupid or sensible considered.
