Players appreciate the support...

Bumped into one of the players today. He said the home support in recent weeks is much improved and the team has appreciated that. Knows things were difficult before Xmas but most of the players had never come across that atmosphere and were so nervous at home as a result. Said that a whole new team from scratch last summer so was always going to be tough to gel, but many of the squad had played for PS before and had faith he was the guy to take us forwards, some of them turned down offers to go elsewhere last summer.
Mentioned that the away support has been superb all season.
Said important few games coming up and a real chance to push on to play-offs, apprciated the home support in recent games, and hopes that will grow. Nice to hear something positive.

Did you ask why the players don't respond so well to booing or chants of "****ing useless"?
