Unless he's borrowing a goalkeeper for a few months, I'd suggest PB focuses on training his own players rather than recruiting new ones to his over-populated squad.

Really? We can say many things about this squad, but I wouldn't have thought "over populated" was one of them.

Not quite the same view as above but similar ........... I do think that Brown has a "child in a sweet shop" mentality at times when there are loan players available.

For me we often do have players that are as capable as many of the loan players we bring in so why not use them rather than have them on the bench?

To be fair to Arsenal, 6/7 of their regular u23 players were unavailable as they're with the first team for the cup tie against Forest, so assume Brown was there to watch an Everton player.
