I was watching the "I'm a celebrity" bit on ITV2 after the champions league last night, and they were featuring the partners of all the contestants.
I had the sound down as I was on the 'phone, but the caption came up:
"Petter Belsvik : Brian Paddick's partner" underneath a tall (gay) Norwegian!
Ironically I was on the phone to a Brighton fan at the time and shouted - "he used to play for Southend! Didn't know he was gay, should have been playing for your lot!"
After a bit of googling, found out that Brian Paddick's chum is a Norwegian Civil Engineer, and that our former loanee is still coaching in Norway so it's a different person entirely!!!
Just thought I'd clarify in case anyone else thought the same!
