Zone Update Peter Clarke, Radio 5 Live and our Away changing rooms

President
Anyone else hear it? He came across pretty well I thought, especially as I've rarely heard him interviewed before.

Nothing earth shatteringly new, just that we'd likely play a similar formation to before and try to contain them for the first 20 or so. He also said it'd be a great game and they hope they can do everyone proud. Motty's thoughts on it were that Chelsea are in trouble, have 2 or 3 tricky games coming up (Liverpool / Villa) and that "there are a lot easier places to go than Roots Hall".

Simon Jordan was also on there and Clarke and him had a bit of banter about our inhospitable away dressing rooms and the showers that don't apparently work.

Clarke said something along the lines of: "Yeah funny that, we can fix the ones in the home end ok but those away ones haven't worked for ages..."

Missed it.....wish I had known it was on.

I would have thought that there would be some sort of regulation regards Football league grounds and their facilities unless Clarkey was just having a laugh about the showers

It's common to have rubbish away dressing rooms. Middlesborough is a prime example from all reports.

Bit in the Sun today about the dressing rooms too and an interview with Tilly.

Clarkey always comes across as quite eloquent and witty in his interviews, certainly more than the average footballer who speaks in cliches.

And number 1 is Peter Clarke, and number 2 is Peter Clarke..
and number 3 is peter clarke.. and number 4 is Peter Clarke -

We all live in a Peter Clarke World!

Pics of changing rooms in The Sun

Anyone pick up The Sun this morning?!

Great pics of our changing rooms! Chelsea will hate it! Ha.

How the hell are they going to cramp 25+ people in a changing room built in 1955 for 12 people.:)

Mind you the home one must be a bit cramped as well with all the extra subs for cup games.
