Just because there is no alternative does not mean people dont have the right to moan about him. The past 5/6 years hard work have basically been undone by a complete lack of chronic underfunding which has gone on for two years almost now.

we have not paid the players for 4 months. We are close to being extinct. We have sold all of our best players and not replaced them. Sorry Steve, but that is total bollocks.

RM has been guilty of being complacent & treating the club with neglect. Without dragging up the whole sorry affair again, he has carried on with a blinkered view without making alternative plans. He sell Barny so that he doesn't miss out on a fee of £175K. As a result of this he will miss out on approx £500K in reduced ST sales, reduced gates & admissions, when we get relegated next season.

There is never a Plan B, as RM will always be OK.

The bottom line is the buck stops with the top bloke, in this case TefRon "I've got an 10 plate nex Bentley whilst the players are skint" Martin!

You are right he hasn't taken us into this position deliberately but....

1. The main thing you do is pay your players and managers...he hasn't done that.

2. Sell all your descent players and not replace them, he has done that, I understand completely that this happens in the lower leagues, and will never stop happening.

3. He has created a stupid dream for a 22,000 seater stadium. We have to fill this with 15,000 people to make it sustainable, THIS WILL NOT EVER HAPPEN! We will have 5,000 in a 22,000 seater stadium every week, with no atmosphere, it will be absolutely horrible. Then again, the dream could come true, who knows! But the point is, 22,000 seats isn't needed!

4. Clarke cost a million don't yah know!

Anyway, I don't hate Ron, how can you hate such a lovely maned man. He is trying to secure the dream, with no financial backing. He has no money to support a football club. He is mad. He is a liar, everybody knows he is a liar.

He is ****ing off every single player and our main source of passion, Steve Tilson. You cannot expect a football team to compete if you do not pay the wages. We all know that, Ron knows it and we worst of all know it!

The silence from the players about wages has continued to shhh the fans, I am now completely passed rationality. It has almost finished our season. I am sick with worry, I love this club, I can't do anything without thinking about it. Ron IS slowly smashing every little bit of history this club has. I am fuming. It is now getting too the players, Adam said after the game it is worrying, he has two kids and a wife at home and it is really hard for him, and all of them!

We are playing a reserve side, every single week!

Then again,

We might just sneak a draw at Leeds, beat Brentford, Brighton and Oldham. Ron will pay the tax bill. Prospects and Sainsbury's will put the deal back on, because they are waiting to see what happens on the 14th. We will stay up, because we are forgetting how poor the rest of the teams are.

But hmm who knows?

Lets not forget sacking Paul Brush. I am still very angry about that. Brush was made a scapegoat and bringing in Dave Webb who is hardly ever at the club is a complete joke.

i'm not Paul, and i don't even think we should sit in silence ignoring the fact that we are up **** street but i do happen to think that there are a lot of people who are calling Ron all the names under the sun when in fact none of us know the WHOLE truth. This does nobody any good and achieves nothing. I, like all of you wish we had a soution to this mess but i don't. Until there is one, we need to trust Ron to do his best to get us through it! I could not disagree more. We are in an almost unique position in terms of location to nearest league clubs and the towns growth supported by surrounding areas. Look at the likes of Sheffield with two big name clubs plus Barnsley Rotherham Doncaster and so on. Manchester with two big name clubs and a myriad of nearby league clubs. Birmingham, Villa, west brom, Walsall etc. Southend consider Colchest and orient as Derbies. I suppose the Daggers would qualify best for that but one rival is acceptable with our demographic. A new stadium and a modicum of success, which with increased revenue would encourage further success, and I feel sure the new stadium will be ringing to the voices from fans old and new.
