Unlucky mate!!

Hope your appeal succeeds! The Ba$tard$!

i had put two wheels fractionally on the pavement, because im courteous so it could allow traffic to come down the road easier. i have done it for years, like many other drivers have done and i have never seen anyone get fined for it. i never knew that was an offense and my mate that i had with me is in the met police and he said he couldnt see a problem with my parking. the pavement was even 10ft wide

Parked in some side road, can't remeber it's name, but didn't see any other cars with tickets on. Traffic wardens in the London area will use any excuse to book you, so you have to be really careful when you park!

Does it say on the ticket why it was issued? If not then you probably have a solid case for appeal...

for parking with a wheel on the pavement. i never knew that was an offense, i was just using courtesy to other road users so they had more room to drive down the road. i have never seen someone done for parking on the pavement

If you weren't blocking the pavement it's a bit pedantic, but I believe it's illegal to park with your wheel on the pavement unless there are signs saying you can do so....

Just bad luck
