Palace Ticket Update

RPG

Guest
I spoke to the ticket office last night who advised that 600 tickets will go on sale for Southend fans at the ground. The club sent the tickets back yesterday by Special Delivery.

We therefore must have sold 2,300 tickets! Not bad for a Tuesday match.

Did we have 2,900 allocation then?

I thought it was only 2,000?

Anyway I'm sure we have sold only 1,400 or so... and maybe the club have sent the others back to save being billed for them!.

If it wasnt QPR on Saturday then i'm sure we would of taken 2000+ tonight...

Bit of a shock these Championship prices...

Was originally going to Palace tonight but £25 for adults is just about fair enough but £15 for kids!!!! Would cost me £40.

Now QPR on Sat is £24 Adults & under 8 kids free (9-16 £5).  Same with Leicester Adults £22 & under 8 kids free.

I expect about 1500 to go tonight which won't be bad considering time of year & 2 local games in same week.  Should be more at QPR on Saturday though?

I think 1400-1500 is a good turnout. Despite being in London, Palace isn't the easiest place to get to. What with the holiday season, harsh ticket prices, QPR Saturday and it being an evening KO, thats a good show IMO.
