Question Ownership of SUFC,

Has the consortium now officially signed all documentation, to take ownership of SUFC ?
Also, the share situation voted for at the meeting at the Civic Centre,although I voted against
and agreed with Paul Fitzgerald.When will we be informed what number of shares we now own,
The club have not been forthcoming with. this information.

You still own the same number of shares.

Permission has been given for The total number of shares that can be issued to be increased. Hence at some point the proportion of the club you own will be decreased.

I think that would be illegal to just take the gate receipts.

He could still be charging his consultancy fee - but one would hope as part of the exchange of contracts that the consortium would be looking to prevent cash leakage like that
