Opening new windows....

Everytime I try to open a link on this website, send e-mails through my university account, or click on anything that opens up in a new window, nothing seems to happen. Just comes up with a blank window, or a new internet window with nothing in the address bar and nothing that seems to load. Just tried to click on that Gonzo game, but again nothing happened.

Is there anything that I need to alter in the internet options to make links work in new windows on this? This is annoying me, as I need to check up on some information and I can't view it at all.

Have you got a popup blocker? Strictly speaking that should close any windows that try to open, rather than open them blank with no content... but you might just have a particularly pikey popup blocker

It opens up the windows but shows naff all. Ive got AVG on this computer. I didnt have it on my uni one, and that one seemed fine. AVG could be playing up with it.

Either that or a pikey pop up stopper i've got........
