imo he is still the man for the job who would do a better job NOONE everyone else would have walked by now. how can you motavate players in these circumstances or even himself not being paid. also people blaming his bad tactics ect. how can he do that without a assitant to bounce ideas off . we all have different opinions even on here .and how paul clarke brilliantly said on the radio how can he be looking at the defence and the strikers at the same time.

can't say i agree with a lot of his tactics or decisions a lot of the time.. but with the appalling standard of players he is working with i'd think the best managers in the world would struggle.. plus we can't afford anyone matter... rather tilson than another wignall or alvin martin!!!

put in anther thread but gt removed for some reasn i would just be careful what you say as you are un doing yours and smiffys god work in regard t the north bank as i now i for one wont be in northbank again for next game if it is turning anti tilly no one would do better all he needs is support ie a assistant to bounce ideas of and help him with the defenseive side none of the players and him self nt being paid anyone not on tilsons side is not a supporter imo !!!

The only guy who could progress us is Gary Johnson, who will be Peter boros new manager after tomorrow, who knows the lower leagues better than anyone else, bar Steve Cottrill at Notts County. And even they could do nothing here with their hands tied behind there backs with the current financial restraints in place.

Its Ron who has to walk! If he had any love for the club which he claims he would see that things are out of control and get on the phone to the consortium members begging to take the club off his hands

and in many seasons his good work with players has saved us from conference football and won back to back promotions!

Tilson is forced to use players he doesnt want to at the moment because all the best assetts he signed have been sold or have left for better offers.

Give Tilson reasonable resources and he will provide as proved!

In the mans interviews on the radio and on blues world you can hear in his voice he is totaly deflated .There is no spark no upbeat in his comments .I feel for the guy but .If Paul brush had to go because of results then sadly Steve must now go as well .I have a strange feeling these two men will be working together soon Another club has just sacked there manager and I can see theses two in there hot seat together again .
