Player of the season added, and a number of choices on how to sort a best XI (i.e. of last game, last 3 games, 5 games, 10 games, season). Also slightly updated the look of the site.

Some people seem to be voting to try and artificially boost a player's rating if they feel it is too low (someone gave Dickinson a 10 against Burton,) maybe you should make voting like SZ polls where you can only see the results after voting or if you choose to just view the results without voting

We have a system in place that means we can identify people attempting to skew votes and ban them if necessary. However, we do not want to change peoples votes if we disagree with their opinion. With enough people voting, a 10 vote has next to no influence on the rating.

In the case of the dickinson vote, the voter in question did not give massively low marks to the other players, so I did not think it fair to disregard their vote. If the same person votes and gives dickinson a 10 again when he has been useless then we will take action. I think it's fair to give people benefit of the doubt though.

You can view results of player ratings on the match pages without going in to the rating page and you don't need to vote to view this. I imagine only about 1/4 to 1/3 of people visiting the site are voting, so would not like to stop them from viewing this.
 
Fantastic effort - really professional, i am sure that with the right marketing you should be able to sell this idea around any area that has Team Sports - have you copyrighted it?

Good luck - and see you on Dragon's Den - just imagine using it in the NFL and areas like that!!
 
Looks good guys, great job.

1 small point from me, on the players screens, in games where they didn't play, the bar chart looks like they have been rated 1.5
 
Subject to requests, I have adjusted the ratings system so top and bottom 5% of votes are now ignored to try to eliminate people voting unfairly. As it only seems to be a minority, this should solve the problem.
