OD - Week 6

loz

President
Must-win game today, as us (6th) take on Beeston and Toton Scyamore (7th). we're batting first and going along at 7 an over in the early stages. They've got a dangerous stop order, hoping to score quickly and then let the spinners do the damage.

6th Vs 1st

Ferndown Fire v Southend United

We can tell you that Ferndown Fire won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

finished on 336-2 (Paster 150, Horsfield 147). Fair to say I'd be upset to lose from here.

Nearly done in my game, which is a result as we're still in the Cup.

Good score for Mrs BB in testing conditions.

The Old Boys v DIBS DIPPERS (6213850)

We can tell you that The Old Boys won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking slow and low. Tough for everyone. Could be a low scoring match on this partially cloudy and humid day.

jesus... won, but only by 49 runs. not entirely impressed by Cliffe's figures: 10-0-98-0.

a cracking win by 6 runs,...they had an opening partnership of 230, chasing my 277-2. But Athers come to the rescue, and we restricted them. Great ratings as well...

10 run defeat against Sky Blues. Not unexpected but our morale and happiness is starting to suffer. Am now going to GFI on Sunday as I can´t really afford to lose again. If I do then gate receipts are going to really suffer which will mess up our finances.
