I would be surprised if he makes Easter......hope i am wrong but just can not see him avoiding some Racist Bigot taking a pop shot at him.
Surpised that G.W Bush has made it without an attempt on his life , what with all the conspiricy theories an all , would have thought some cookcoo U.S fanatic would of tried to make a name for himself and pumped him with lead .

Thing is with Bush.....that would put him out of his misery and make a few headlines.
But with Obama, i really feel he has a vision and a dream of really changing things in the US which of course changes things for all of us. I just hope he gets the time to do it

I don't think it's the loony right wing militia types Obama has to worry about but more so the countries and corporations his appointment has severely pi$$ed off.
For the past 60+ years the US economy has been largely reliant on it's military spending with the same rogues gallery of companies involved throughout those years. ie Halliburton, The Carlyle Group, Betchel, Lockhead Martin and Northrup Grummen to name just six. Reagan, Clinton, Bush Snr and Bush Jnr have all been in the pockets of these and other companies and they and their lobbyists have been the ones pulling the strings as far as the United States foreign policy is concerned. There is literally billions of dollars at stake now Obama has come to power and when it comes to keeping the status quo nothing will come between these companies and their profit margins.
And this is where the hacked off country comes in. It's no secret that Saudi Arabia has over the years pumped getting on for $114 billion into the US economy, the vast majority of which has gone into the companies I mentioned earlier. With Obama now at the helm and assuming he is true to his word to wrestle back the power that the MIC (military industrial complex) has over US domestic and foreign policy, and the consequences this will have on Saudi Arabia and it's Royal Family, then absolutely anything is possible.
If it's going to happen, which to God I hope it doesn't, it won't come from a Timothy McVey or such like. Some poor sap with a history of mental illness will be found and made the scapegoat. The US will go into collective mourning. There will be numerous Congressional investigations and at the end of the day the country will move on and the status quo will be returned.
