Notification of Amended Proposal?????????

Does any one else get a letter through there door every now and again from Southend Borough Council regards things like amendments to the plans for Southends new stadium at Fossett farm and all the details of the facilities signed by the Director of Enterprise, Tourism & The Environment????

I have not got a clue why I get this information

We get 4 of them (2 for me and 2 for Mrs ETTB), and my mum gets one too, and she lives in Wickford. The only way the Southend Borough Council would send something to her would be if they got the name and address off of the club (as she is a season ticket holder too)

I get them through too. I'm not sure what today's one was about, couldn't notice the amendment, although wondered if it was that the training facilities were taken off. Probably not though.

I get one, never sent the form through nor a share holder, but live 5 minute walk away so assumed it was everyone in the neighbourhood.

Must be everyone in the district ?

Five separate letters arrived to my house, even though only three people live at the address. All sent 1st class! Why can't they send one per household
2nd class? They must've wasted thousands of pounds worth of public money just on the letters and their postage. :guns:

I don't get them (despite being a seaso last season and living in the borough) and I couldn't give a **** :finger: :finger: :finger:

They are sent to all households in the area considered to be affected by the proposal (addressed to the occupier). If the letter is addressed to an individual , then it will be in response to correspondence received pertaining to the original planning application. Hence the multiple mailings to one address and those outside of the area
