so news reached my ears earlier today that the Forte deal is a dead duck ... did seem a bit of a long shot .

however , i am to understand that we are still on the process of trying to sign another striker (possibly a Hull City connection)

Names I've heard mentioned are Craig Fagan and Caleb Folan ...
