There was hardly any singing on Saturday. I don't know whether it was because we all thought the result was going to be a formality as Walsall were struggling but it was just the sort of game where the players needed the crowd to get behind them from the first whistle. The longer the game went on the more the crowd got frustrated and you could hear every little criticism and I bet the players could as well.
It's getting to the stage of the season where we need to win every home game if we want to get automatic promotion. We need to make 'The Hall' an intimidating place to visit for away teams.
