Carl Baker earned legendary status today for clearing Nicky Bailey out with a stunning right hook apparently, so set your Sky+ boxes to record for the League Show tonight. Comfort viewing indeed.
 
I'll look forward to watching that over and over again then. He deserves a big cheer when we play Stockport.
 
After some Googling, I found this thread on a Stockport forum. It seems they reckon Bailey may have brought up something about the lad's brother who died recently.

IF that's true (and it is just a rumour), the Ginger Judas is even more of a scumbag I thought!

It also seems that he went down like a sack of **** with very little (if any) contact according to the Stockport fans.

I have just looked at this link , i hate Bailey, buy the poster actually says this is a conspiracy theroy- and he gets shot down for it
 
And Parkinson wonders why he got abused by us last week?

Just seen it on the Football League Show. They didn't show the build up to it and the footage wasn't very clear but Bailey was rolling around like a baby on the floor, disgraceful playacting and the Stockport players rightly went mad. I doubt he did say something about Baker's brother but if he did then it needs to be reported.
 
I felt so sorry for Nicky Bailey, he was clearly cut down by a snipers bullet from the crowd. Hope he's going to be O.K. as the way he went down and writhed in pain, I don't know wether he'll make it through the night. Our thoughts are with him.
And what was that ref on, he only goes and sends of a Stockport player thinking that Nicky must have been punched.
 
Didn't see it clearly on the FL Show. Apparently, Carl Baker put on facebook that Bailey went down without any contact.

If it was a clearer view then someone should have made a animated GIF.
 
Speaking to a Stockport fan Bailey squared up to Baker and then went down without any contact in order to get Baker sent off. When Bailey got back up, Baker knocked him back down with a right hook.
 
Has anyone seen this online, I've been looking and can't find a link. would love to see Bailey knocked on his ****.
