Richard Logan is the best they have to offer, he is on a free and has a crap scoring record, joined exeter from weymouth, sounds like the ideal southend signing, on a free and cant score in a brothel :D

Looking at their website Exeter only have 3 Strikers on their books!

Logan is their only half decent forward.

He's 26, 6 foot 1 & hit 19 goals in 44 appearances (30 starts) 2007/08.
Before last season he had only got into double figures once before!!

Doesn't sound like a great signing especially from a conference side, not as good as McD by all accounts..!

Has played for Peterboro, Ipswich, Lincoln, Shrewsbury & Torquay.

I'm just guessing but don't know who else it could be.

I doubt it. Stansfield & Basham are both over 30 & as for Richard Logan he's just rubbish, so I hope there's no mileage in this.

started playing 2001/2 season with Yeovil, moved to Hereford and then onto Exeter (A bit west country!). 39 appearances ........ 11goals. Perhaps it's not him......could be someone they've released.....or perhaps it's just another red heering ?????
