Golf? That is ludicrous, almost as bad as when tennis was introduced.

I have to say that Rugby 7's is fast paced and should be an excellent addition.

True, but it least its a fairly global sport.

Squash should be included. It was trialled, but it wasn't a huge success. However, TV technology has moved on a lot since then.

Would also help re-invigorate the game at a club level too.

Rugby 7s is a great shout, but can't believe they've opted for golf over squash. Or rather I can believe that they've looked at the commercial aspects over the sporting ones.

Squash would've been a great addition - sadly under rated sport.

Although I'm a big golf fan I'm against its inclusion in the Olympics unless it was amatuer. For the professionals its not the career defining moment for them, for instance would they rather win an Open Championship plus the £750k prize money, playing exemption etc or an Gold Medal.

Golf? Don't they have enough competitions as it is to play in, without Tiger Woods rubbing it in to all the other golfers. Rugby 7's should be good though as it's a fast paced game, Golf could add a huge amount of money to the budget though as surely they'd have to either build one or rent one out from a company at an exorbitant price.
