Oldham have all of that in the Joe Royal stand, it’s a really good facility that gives year round incomeYeah we have to go large, the consortium want a gym and other revenue streams attached too
Yep this has been done to death on other threads & I "think" the Posh rebuild was one of @Sherif H which is a great example of what can be done on a limited budget.I think I'll leave it to experts like @Sherif H
At minimum it should be able to hold the main bulk of season ticket and box holders, have enough space for corporate functions, more food outlets and toilet facilities, and not be a constant concern of burning down at any point!

I always feel for @Sherif H when this subject comes up as he's provided loads of information & details about what we could possibly achieve but then the stadium building experts come on here & criticise him. I'd definitely leave it to him as my experience of building stadiums was erecting the barrier round my Subbuteo pitch when I was about 10, a few! years ago now.
I like the Oldham version and the Brentford one best out of these. But I do wish developers would consider putting in more aisles if possible - it's always the people in the middle of the rows who are late/want to leave early/go to the loo etc!
This... and I wouldn't be surprised if the number of aisles/size of blocks also has something to do with managing traffic flow at the end of games and in case of emergency.@OldBlueLady More aisles must mean fewer seats?
No ones answered my initial question, would you re locate to sit in the shiny stand
No thanks. Main stands generally lack atmosphere. West is best.No ones answered my initial question, would you re locate to sit in the shiny stand
Oldham’s stand reminds me of the one at Orient, plus it’s too small at abt 2,500 seats. Not a fan of the Oldham design, what atmosphere there is would disappear with the roof so far away. Also I think they look terrible, Barnets being an extreme example
2 tiers boxes in the middle is much better in my opinion
