Another example of Brown and Ron's mismanagement. On a limited budget Brown asks and Ron approves the loan of a defender (Sokolik) and only one striker (Lee). We didn't need another defender, we needed 2 loan strikers!!! Now what do we have this weekend... no Lee, no Westy, no Barney, a season-long loanee from Spurs who should be nowhere near our starting 11 and BBBC.

Why not play Clifford just behind BBBC on Saturday in a 4-4-1-1 formation?

Hope you're right as Conor can definitely do a job there. Problem is he's obviously fallen out with Brown at some point and seeing as Phil is as stubborn as a mule there's probably more chance of Max Clifford starting. Being brutally honest, it was pretty **** timing from Westy to jet off to Jamaica in the middle of the season when we're looking to turnaround bad form and have a bit of a striker crisis. All to play for a country his gran's, cousin's, sister's dog once visited on holiday in the not so prestigious Caribbean Cup. Just all seems like a pretty convenient excuse for an all expenses paid holiday in the middle of the season.

I have been thinking for a long time now why not put Leonard up front with Corr. Got pace, reads the game and can hit a ball. If my memory serves me right he's played just about everywhere in the team since Luggy signed him except up front and keeper.

PB did mention in one of his interviews earlier in season he thought Leonard could play upfront ...so would not be suprised to see him up there at some point
