My Life In Film

Has anyone carried on watching BBC3 after Little Britain for the other new comedy, My Life In Film?

Its got that annoying tw*t from "My Family" in though in this he is excellent.

Each program is about two mates that live together, but the story each week is a spoof based on a film.

Last week the guy was having a driving lesson, but it was all spoofed from Top Gun and this week he was watching his neighbour from his room - based on Rear Window.

Its very clever and very funny, had me laughing more than Little Britain both weeks. If you havent seen it, try to catch it this week as it was repeated about 4 times last week!

Didn't see last week's one but caught last night's.
Have to say that I was fairly impressed.

Although the comedic genius of Tuesday nights now belongs to "Ban This Filth" IMHO

That bloke out of my family (i assume u mean the son 'Nick') is a feckin brilliant actor.

Was well good in Love Actually (which i was dragged along to)

Yep I watched both episodes and so far I have enjoyed them. I am looking forward to next weeks offering as that is spoofing The Shining.

I missed that last night, was it any good?

The previous series of it were excellent. Love the programme.

Brian, Kurt and Matt are dead. How did that happen?

Apart from Brian and Kurt not being there, it was ok.

I read a rather snooty preview of last night's episode in the Sunday paper I get up here & it said that they called the Teachers PR office to find out why Kurt, Brian & the other annoying one (Andrew Lincoln's replacement who is "Advert Boy" for those in the know) were now dead & were told "Teachers is one of those programmes where anything can happen & they feel they don't have to justify why these popular characters are dead."

I have to say I was fairly disappointed with it last night, although some of the new characters look like they will develop given time.

I presume that Brian & Kurt are the lanky northern PE teacher and the short Asian "hopeless-at-pulling" teacher.

If so... crumbs, they've lost two pretty central figures in that show. I was pretty miffed when "Egg" (Andrew Lincoln) left - I really liked his character; whereas advert boy seemed a bit of a nihilistic to**er to me...

I was shocked that their had been killed off, but found it very funny that the some of the remaining teachers were urinating on their graves.
