my boss formats his reports with the Title done in all capitals, but with the actual capital letters slightly larger (but not done by making the font bigger.

here is a picture:

Any ideas how to get Word to format like that, i've messed around with toggling the capitals but haven't managed it. Boss isn't in today to ask
 
Its a font thing. Highlight the text, click on font and look for a box thats says Small Caps
Tick the box
