Another pre-season friendly has been added to Southend United's schedule, with the Blues heading to Dagenham & Redbridge.

We make the short trip to east London on Saturday 25th July and it should be a good test for us against a Daggers side who finished in mid-table last season in Sky Bet League 1. Kick-off will be at 3pm.

A bit later.............So this was announced yesterday, not my fault if I don't get the email about it till today is it??? Doh.
