Agreed. I'm not one to believe in drastic changes after a bad result or two but his stuck with mainly the same starting line up for a long time after consistent bad results....it's as if he is rewarding failure. Starting to remind me of Sturrock picking his favourites no matter how bad they were previous games

The back up players aren't doing anything to force themselves for inclusion though. Hence why Brown is so keen to get some new players in. Straker and Atkinson shouldn't be in the team on current form. Laird for Atkinson maybe u could argue. Hopefully an injection of new blood this week as we look stale and out of ideas.

Scored 5 goals when he was starting and looked lively on his return from injury. Last couple of sub appearances maybe he has played at the low achievement level of those around him but up to that point he has looked worthy of a place in a team that needed changes.
