Ok, a great rock-out choon today, inspired by last weeks Metal Monday. Perfect to listen to while you're eating your Chorizo Prawny thingy that Dave can whip up for you.

From the so-called "Seattle scene" of the early 90's that brought us Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden here's a band who never made it as big (at least over here).

Parodied in the cracking film "Singles", here's Mudhoney with, Touch Me I'm Sick!
Perfect to bounce around to on the dance floor and wake up covered with bruises....(and it wasn't even a True Blue Steak meal)...

Considering they always said that the best band ever, The Pixies, were their biggest influence, I couldn't hear it in Touch Me I'm Sick. I did some digging & found a much better choon & a more obvious Pixies influence. So I thought I add it to your example of the Seattle sound.

MK, get on with your bloody revising!!

Mudhoney - now yer talking!

I saw them at Reading 92 a few bands prior to Nirvana, that was great day except for somebody throwing their curry sauce at me during Nirvana's set.
