Message to Mark Gower

Prodigal Son

Manager
If you are going to take a player out and get sent off do it properly, he is not meant to be able to bounce straight back up , he should be looking for his broken leg somewhere behind the Barside.

If you don't know how to do it, go see a man in Upminster called Dave Martin, I think he runs a card shop so may be busy at this time of year, but he will tell you how it is done.

If not, even go see Mark Bentley at Gillingham, he was also capable.

SUFC, it's no good to the fans winning the fair play league, get stuck in!

Why go all the way to Gillingham when Efe is a few blocks away?

Totally agree.  Nothing wrong with getting sent off if you're going for the right reason.

Normally I'd not condone any player getting a career threatening injury, but I think that it's in the FA rules that those who make a career out of cheating (as evidenced by CUFC players comments to Cpt Crab) are exempt from such protection & deserve everything they get.

strong words to make my point, he should not have been able to just get straight up.

Actually, my message to Mark Gower would be the following:-

- Docked the maximum amount of wages allowed under FL rules
- Heavily disciplined by the club and warned about his future conduct
- Try remembering what position in the league we are

I know the sending off for Maher was wrong, but I am more annoyed by Gowers reaction, because with ten men, we would have held on comfortably, and I am angered and dissapointed by Gower's reaction when at the moment, we need all the points and players we can get.

He let the team down IMO and it could cost us more than just 3 poitns againsty Col Ewe

Once again total sense from RC,

If its the last minute and we winning then I am all for knocking six bells out of him but not that early on...

Stupid and cost us more than Mahers did as 9 men is a joke.
