is there any video footage of his clash with Grant ?

At the time I thought it was clearly a foul with intent - but have not seen a replay ....

The refs reading of the game was so poor I believe the game was in fact out of control - and as with the game he reffed against Yeovil acts of violence went unpunished -

Nope cameras were all on the Southend fans fighting CS Youth V West Sand Faithful

Even Dagenham Kev Under 5s were there having a scrap!

From the reaction of the players I thought it was an unfortunate accident. Had there been intent I presume that the rest of the team would have caused more of a fuss about it.

Wasn't it Oakley that also later kicked Macca in an off the ball incident?

That was my reading of it too - if Macca's not remonstrating with the ref or looking like he's trying to park an aircraft then I normally assume there's no chance it was a foul. This indicator only works this way round of course...
