Matchday Vlog MatchDay Vlog vs Hartlepool

Evening all,
Hope you’re keeping happy and well..

Simply put today was two mid table sides cancelling each other’s attacks out. How
Hartlepool didn’t score from that mess in the box is beyond me. Chalk this up as a game to forget and move on quickly.

Decent debut from Kendall IMO,

Video below, enjoy 💙

Cheers lad, yes you’re absolutely right. Unfortunately, I’m beginning to detect a major mood swing towards change amongst some of Kev’s allies up the boozer. Decent crowd again but we are blessed with having sold over 4,300 season tickets this year because many wont be willing to pay £22 to watch those types of toothless performances.

Wind played well 👏 and that was great save Colin. Moncur needs to go, brings nothing to the game and Husin really isn’t cutting the mustard.

Changes made a difference but again far too late and we seemed happy with a point.

Keep up the good work lad COYB

Great work @D1versity. Out of interest do you know what's happening / happened to Shrimperscast. I know you used to be a guest on there coveting the away games but not had an episode since beginning of October?

Watching that back, shocking foul from the Hartlepool GK, another ref could have something to say about that.

Note the total lack of emotion or response from the team, nobody sticking up for Bim there.
You mightt be Interested by the commentator on DAZN tv .He pointed out that the keeper had reached the ball first and had in fact been fouled by Bim,which is why nobody was booked (or sent off) in the incident.
It's not always easy to see exactly what hapens over on the East side from the West.(and vice versa of course).

They were wrong. Bim gets to the ball first, but not sure he makes contact with it - keeper is half way through his swing below and ball appears to be on the end of Bims foot. But as we know winning the ball isn't relevant if you've entered the tackle recklessly with the potential to injury the opposition player. I thought at the time the keeper had done that, but I don't know, is it just 2 players running at each other and neither backed out???

I thought it was reckless from the GK and that Bim got there first, but that’s just my opinion

Interesting as I was listening on the radio on my way down to Sussex and both Paul Clark and commentator said keeper took the ball first and it was a clean tackle, both predicted no card for the keeper and a possible yellow for Bim for being late in the challenge. A big caveat though. PC said Bim would have made the ball first if he wasn't being held back by the CB and as that was the first offence, that should have got the free kick awarded in our favour, but the ref missed/didn't give that.

Interesting view of the same incident.

Hi matey, honestly have no idea what Paul/Bernie are up to at the moment.
Personally, I enjoyed going on their podcast every week and felt it offered a different perspective and outlook on things, plus the questions they ask are more hard hitting which I tend to enjoy.
Will drop them a message later and let you know if I hear anything back.
